Training in-person clients and groups

Coach in-person clients and groups from QuickCoach. Build and assign plans as usual, then open or print each workout when the session starts.

Most coaches run a mix of in-person and online clients, and QuickCoach is built to hold your whole roster in one place. Coaching someone face to face works the same as coaching them remotely, with a couple of extra options at session time. It replaces messy pen and paper.

Note: QuickCoach's features and screen layouts may change over time, but the core workflow stays the same.

Set an in-person client up

Add the client, write their plan, and assign it to them just as you would for an online client. Nothing about the setup changes.

Run the session

When it's time to train, you don't have to send the client their link. Instead, open their account on your own device and work through the plan together, logging results as you go. Opening their view is covered in seeing a client's account from their side.

Prefer paper on the gym floor? Print the workout straight from your QuickCoach dashboard and bring it along. If a client later wants their own access, send them their account link at any time.

Coaching groups

Plenty of coaches train more than one person at a time, whether that's a bootcamp, a semi-private session or an online group programme. You can run those groups in QuickCoach alongside your one-to-one roster, using the same plans and tools you already know.

Group training rarely stands alone. Many coaches pair it with habit tracking to keep the whole group accountable between sessions, or add nutrition in client plans for members who want more than the workouts.
