QuickCoach pricing in full: a Free plan for up to 20 clients, Pro at $39/month or $390/year, and two optional add-ons that bill separately.

QuickCoach has two plans and two optional add-ons. That's the whole price list. All prices are in USD.

The two plans

• Free: $0. Up to 20 active clients with no time limit. Inactive clients don't count toward the limit, so deactivating a client opens a slot while you can still reach your roster; hit the cap, though, and QuickCoach locks the workspace until you upgrade to Pro. Full programming and workout builder, unlimited programs and tasks, client mobile and web apps. Not a trial. The roster is search-only on Free: the Active, Inactive and All status filter is a Pro feature, and inactive client history isn't kept. See how the client limit works.
• Pro: $39 per month, or $390 per year ($32.50 per month effective on annual billing). Unlimited clients plus the roster status filter and inactive client history, branding, nutrition, habit tracking, push notifications, Training Insights, workout sharing and priority support.

Coach Workflows, $14.99/month

Automation for the repetitive parts of coaching admin: automated check-in summaries and client reports. Worth a look when your roster is big enough that reading every check-in line by line eats your week.

Nutrition Booster Pack, $12.99/month

Adds barcode scanning to the client food log. That's the only thing it adds. Food search, photo scanning, calories, macros and the food log itself are all core Pro and work fully without it. More detail in nutrition in client plans.

How the add-ons bill

Both add-ons bill separately from the $39 Pro subscription, and neither is required for the core feature set. Never budget for them as part of the Pro price; they're conveniences layered on top of a complete platform, not keys to features you'd expect as standard. Custom website builds, $29/month

Separate from the two add-ons, we also run a concierge custom website build service. Tell us what you need and we design, build and host a coaching website for you, on any plan including Free, for $29/month billed separately.
