Multi-habit tracking
Assign multiple habits per client, start from ready-made packs and review rich check-ins with full history on QuickCoach Pro, plus how many habits to run.
Results come from what clients do between sessions. Habit tracking on Pro gives those behaviours the same structure their training already has.
What you can do
- Assign multiple habits per client: sleep, steps, protein, whatever moves the needle for them
- Start from ready-made habit packs instead of a blank list
- Collect rich check-ins as clients log their habits
- Review full history, so you can see a month of behaviour at a glance
Keep the list short. Two or three habits done for six weeks beat eight habits abandoned by Friday. Rotate new habits in as old ones become automatic.
For one-off actions rather than recurring behaviours, plain tasks are the better tool, and they're available on every plan.

Note: QuickCoach's features and screen layouts may change over time, but the core workflow stays the same.
How it works in a plan
Habit coaching is usually simple. Set up any habit you want to track inside a plan, and the client checks in each time they complete it. You can build daily and weekly habit plans to keep clients on track between sessions, and review each check-in as part of your regular check-in rhythm.
Habits sit well next to the rest of the nutrition toolkit. Many coaches pair a protein habit with nutrition in client plans so the behaviour and the numbers get tracked side by side.
