Running a habit coaching service
Run a habit coaching service end to end in QuickCoach: build each client's stack, let them respond daily from their home screen and coach off the history.
Habit coaching is where long-term results are made, and QuickCoach has it built in. This use case shows you how to run a habit coaching service end to end.
Build the stack
Give every client their own habits, matched to what that person needs. Start from a habit pack if you want a sensible default, and choose the response type that fits each habit. See creating custom habits for individual clients.
Clients respond daily
Habits sit on your client's home screen and take one tap. Share the client guide to logging habits with new clients so they start strong in week one.
Coach off the history
Review the history before every check-in and coach the trend rather than the single day. See viewing client habit results.

A simple structure that works
Start every client with one visible habit, something like daily steps or a hydration check-in, assigned in week one before the training conversation gets complicated. Nail two weeks of consistency, then stack the next one. Clients who log something small every day tend to stick around far longer than clients you only hear from at session time.
